In 2017 I started teaching myself to use Adobe Illustrator. Here are three samples of my work.

These were a series of three flyers for virtual Zoom meetings in 2021 and 2022. The events were for young women & non-binary youth in the Chesapeake Bay region to hear Buddhist encouragement and discuss challenges with each other.

During this time of social isolation, I wanted to make designs that were vibrant and imparted hope.

Out in Charm City
Title Sequence

For a short documentary on Baltimore’s queer culture, I made this title sequence to contrast the city’s history and present, synced with a Nina Simone song.

Super Nachos philanthropy event design

I created a flyer and pins for a philanthropy event hosted by a fraternity at my college. The event was to raise money for Habitat for Humanity via all-you-can-eat nachos.

Given the name of the event and that many of the fraternity brothers liked comic books, I came up with this superhero-themed design modeled after their house.

The pins were a play on the Habitat for Humanity logo and served as the ticket for the event.
